Exchange:
We accept EXCHANGES within 15 days of delivery. In order to be considered for an Exchange, the Nano Frame/s must be in brand-new, working condition and still have all of the original packaging materials that came with it/them. If the Nano Frame/s appear to be used or do not have the complete packaging materials, then the Nano Frame/s are no longer eligible for an Exchange. Our products are inspected for quality several times before they are packaged, so in the rare case that the product arrives damaged due to shipping handlers, please reach out to us and we will rectify the matter. Exchanges are subject to a thorough inspection upon arrival at our warehouse. Please note, you (the customer) will be paying for return shipping both ways in an Exchange.

Return:
We accept RETURNS within 15 days of delivery. In order to be considered for an Return, the Nano Frame/s must be in brand-new, working condition and still have all of the original packaging materials that came with it/them. If the Nano Frame/s appear to be used or do not have the complete packaging materials, then the Nano Frame/s are no longer eligible for a Return. *Original shipping costs are non-refundable with Returns. We are firm on this policy.
Once your Return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received and processed your returned item. Given that the Nano Frame/s adhere to the policies stated above, a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 - 7 business days. The original shipping costs will not be included in the refund that will be issued.
